How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before your event to ensure availability, especially for weekend dates. Popular dates fill up fast!
What cities do you serve?
We serve Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, San Jose, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Stanford, Redwood City, San Carlos, San Mateo, and Burlingame.
Is setup and teardown included?
Yes! Setup and teardown are always included. We typically arrive 45–60 minutes before your event start time.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a 25% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event.
What happens if I need to cancel?
We understand plans change. Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.
Can I customize the photo overlay?
Absolutely! Every booking includes a custom digital overlay. We'll work with you to match your event's theme, colors, and branding.
